Johns Hopkins University receives $95 million in NIH research funding

Johns Hopkins University and a nonprofit research firm will spend seven years and $95 million from a National Institutes of Health grant to examine how environment affects children’s health outcomes, according to a release from the university’s Office of Communications.

The Bloomberg School of Public Health will analyze data from its Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes program, which incorporates responses from more than 50,000 children.
