Cornell to expand engaged learning

Cornell University announced earlier this month that it will expand off-campus engaged learning.

Backed by a $50 million gift from the Einhorn Family Charitable Trust and enhanced with $100 million from other philanthropies, Engaged Cornell will provide students with real-world experiences in different communities all over the world, The New York Times reported.

By 2025, the university is aiming for all students to have taken at least one Engaged Cornell course.
